Recently, after the extensive development phase of distance education, an E-learning environment has fell into bottleneck of the further development. There are many disharmony problems, such as paying more attention to technology but neglecting the instructional strategy, massive information bring little gains to learners, indifferent interpersonal emotional leading a lack of vitality. Such imbalanced phenomena can not get out of the relations with teachers' online behavior. It is very important to use ecological view to interpret the ecological imbalance which caused by teachers' wrong conduction in virtual learning environment, and to research teachers' behavior norms to promote ecological development of virtual learning environment.The article consisted of four parts which are discovery, analysis, solve and test. First, it discovered the ecological imbalance in virtual learning, which may caused by teachers' behavior. Second, it analyzed the'ecological factors', which affect the teachers'behavior in physical and social sub-environment, and carried out several typical ecological online behavior of virtual learning teachers. Third, it made out 30 terms of norms for teachers in order to promote the ecological development. Last, at the end of the article, there is a test design to prove the norms of online teachers' behavior.The paper applies an ecology perspective to research online teachers'behavior in virtual learning environment. It will afford a new perspective to promote the ecology developments of virtual learning environment, and help to enrich the theory of ecology virtual learning environment, and help to restrict and lead the online teachers' practice.
