With the "Internet +" strategy and big data strategy being formally proposed as national strategies,the wave of informatization is coming to the field of education in an unprecedented manner.This has promoted the modernization of the field of education to a great extent and enriched the connotation of online learning in terms of the breadth and depth of application.As a high-level development form of online learning,educational virtual community has been widely used in the process of education and teaching in recent years.While achieving good results,many ethical anomie phenomena are inevitable.In order to avoid the phenomenon of ethical anomie and give full play to the positive role of educational virtual community,the ethical norms of educational virtual community appeared.The ethical norms of educational virtual community are formulated on the basis of certain ethical theories and principles,which are used to evaluate the good and bad behavior of all kinds of people in educational virtual community.Their scientificalness and universality have been recognized by many experts,but the actual effect is still unclear.However,the exploration of the effect of the ethical norms in the virtual community of education should take into account not only the different actors,but also the different cognitive styles of the actors.It is this unpredictability and complexity that determines the necessity of this study.The study is guided by constructivist theory,humanistic theory,systematic science theory,and adult learning theory.Using literature research,field research and research methods,Taking learners as the research object,they are the largest number of practitioners in the educational virtual community,and they are classified according to different cognitive styles.Under the joint of educational virtual community and ethics,this paper focuses on the discussion of whether,what and how the ethical norms of the virtual community of education play a role in the learning behavior of field-independent learners,as follows:The first part explores the background and significance of this study,summarizes the current domestic and foreign related research,and puts forward the content,methods and theoretical basis of the research on the basis of the existing results.The second part summarizes the related concepts of this study,such as Education Virtual Community,Education VirtualCommunity Ethics,Education Virtual Community Ethics Norms,Mode of Field Cognition,Education Virtual Community Learning Behavior,etc.The third part,based on the research hypothesis,implements the selection test of field-independent learners,designs a questionnaire on the effect of ethical norms of educational virtual community on the learning behavior of field-independent learners,formally distributes and recovers the questionnaire after pre-testing and revision,and carries out data analysis on the results of the questionnaire,and the conclusion of which learning behaviors of independent field learners are significantly affected by the ethical norms of education virtual community is obtained.The fourth part,following the conclusions of the third part,systematically analyzes the action process of the ethical norms of the virtual community of education on the specific learning behaviors of field-independent learners,and constructs the action model diagram.The fifth part summarizes the conclusion of this study,analyzes the innovation points,points out the limitations and makes the prospect.
