Students from more than 100 countries around the world were unable to attend school for peer to peer and teacher face to face meetings as the COVID-19 epidemic swept through the world in 2020,nearly 91.4% of the students come to the virtual network space to study on-line.Facing the virtual teaching form,which is different from the traditional teaching,the level of the learners' learning ability in the virtual environment will directly affect the learning effect.Educational Virtual Community,which is also the product of the education informatization,is also devoted to the cultivation of students' learning ability.Therefore,facing the urgent task of the Times,Educational Virtual Community needs to carry on the relevant research in the aspect of learners' deep learning ability,hoping to make a breakthrough in the cultivation of learners' abilities of integration,transfer,innovation and problem-solving.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the influence of ethical norms on learners' deep learning ability and to put forward the strategies to promote learners' deep learning ability.First,on the basis of relevant ethical and pedagogical theories,this paper uses the literature research method to screen,consult,summarize and sort out the domestic and foreign educational virtual community theory and the practice of deep learning in the field of education,and then the paper summarizes the hot spots and gaps in recent years,and puts forward the corresponding concepts and connotation definition for this study.Secondly,with the support of Bloom's goal classification theory in the field of education and the author's practical experience in Educational Virtual Community independently developed by the school of communication of Qufu Normal University,this paper compiles a survey on the impact of The Ethical Norms of Educational Virtual Community on learners' deep learning ability from the three dimensions of learners' behavior: analysis level,evaluation level and creation level.And then the questionnaire is distributed to the learners in the community by the method of questionnaire survey,and the questionnaire is collected.Again,the empirical analysis methods are used to summarize the basic information of each variable,and bivariate correlation analysis and multivariate regression analysis were used to obtain the significance of the effect,furthermore,the factors that influence the learners' deep learning ability are obtained by factor analysis and systematic cluster analysis,the impact of The Ethical Norms of Educational Virtual Community on learners' deep learning ability is mainly manifested in four aspects: deep analysis,efficient communication,deep creativity and high-level monitoring.Finally,combining the results of these four aspects with The Ethical Norms of Educational Virtual Community,the paper puts forward 12 promotion paths for learners' deep learning ability and puts them into practice.Then,according to the prepared evaluation questionnaire,the paper conducts a comparative survey on community learners before and after the implementation of the promotion path,and then uses the empirical analysis method to carry on the descriptive statistics and the paired sample ttest to verify the implementation effect of the promotion path.This study has enriched the connotation and value significance of The Ethical Norms of Educational Virtual Community,provided a path paradigm for using ethical norms to improve learners' deep learning ability,pointed out the direction for learners to cultivate deep learning ability in virtual communities in the new normal of education in the future,and provided constraints of ethical norms for effectively solving learners' superficial learning problems.The author hopes to conduct further research from more perspectives in the future,explore and improve the functional value of ethics norms in virtual communities of education,and enrich relevant contents of learners' promotion strategies for deep learning.
