A Study Of Learning Leader To Promote The Ecologization Of Virtual Learning Enviroment

With the arrival of learning-oriented society and the advocacy of lifelong learning, people's learning awareness strengthens and learning needs increase. At the same time, computer and network communication technology become widely available. So more and more people choose to learn via web. The expansion and diversity of learning groups put forward higher requirements on virtual learning environment. Therefore, the construction of virtual learning environment is the focus of the field of education. The current virtual learning environment has become mature and perfect gradually. But if review it from the ecology perspective, we will find some problems. There are many ways and means to settle these ecological problems. This study attempted to solve them by playing the role of learning leader.Through network investigation and research, the existent situation of learning leader in current virtual learning environment could be grasped, the ecological characteristics and functions be summarized. On this basic, designed series of strategies to promote the emergence of learning leader and help him play full roles, so as to solve existing ecological problems effectively and promote the eco-development of virtual learning environment. This study took Hebei University educational technology online course as an example, corresponding strategies were designed and implemented. In the end, observation of students' learning situations and comprehensive assessment from teachers and students were implemented to check out the effectiveness of strategies.
