With the further popularity of E-Learning, more and more researchers pay their attention on the quality of E-Learning. But more research stay at the technical upgrading of the network and so on, very few people from the network point of view of the learner's own research network study problem of low performance. This study is about cultivating a good E-Learning habit, so that the learner through their own study habits to adapt to the network learning environment better. The purpose of this study is a study in order to improve the quality of network.The habit of E-Learning is defined as the automated study of the behavior, in this paper. The research on the E-Learning habit is based on the behavior of E-Learning. According to psychological behaviorism theory, the paper designs the strategies for different types of the E-Learning habit. At last, the thesis to verify in practice.
