Teaching is the central task of the school, and quality of teaching is the lifeline of the school. The key to enhance the quality of teaching is the teacher. To adapt to contemporary society and the future demand for talent in the community, education should divert to content, focus on quality of teaching, and make efforts to improve teaching efficiency, comprehensive quality and innovation of students, develop students'quality education for all-round development, Minister Chen Xiaoya said. (The lecture of the NAEA "National Seminar dynamic reform of primary education" October 9, 2009) How to establish advanced educational concepts, break through the traditional educational ideas and teaching methods become the subject of research and practice of every teacher concerns in the education sector all long. Almost all of the effective acts are related to teaching and students'awareness and participation closely, among many factors which affect the efficiency of education. The thesis is carried out from a focus on students, the classroom, to improve the effectiveness teaching of classroom point of view.The utilization of the dual role of the school principal and the general teacher, relying on the reform between class teaching practices and exploration of the Secondary School in Guiyang about"enliven the Class, activate the class, observe the class, alter the different teaching methods of the same classes, develop the morality of every teacher and every student, multiple assessments and education". The writer has learned in a deep-going way on effective teaching by Chinese and foreign scholars. Based on the entry point"people-oriented, concerned about the students", use many methods such as document analysis, teaching experiments, surveys and teaching cases. The writer also has studied the cases of the teaching reform during the past five years from four aspects, such as meeting the students to understand the law, and guiding students to participate effectively, focusing on feelings and experiences of students to ensure the learning efficiency of students. With the analysis of the behavior in class of the effective teaching, the writer extracts 12 kinds of effective teaching behaviors in class, such as effective teaching practices with clear instruction, variety of teaching, effective questions, attentively listening, to ensure the participation, timely feedback, appropriate incentives, multiple evaluation, rational reflection, goals guiding, combination of teaching and practices, Teaching students according to their personalities. The writer analyses and researches these 12 methods from their theoretical basis, the basic characteristics, manifestations and specific requirements and ultimately the writer puts forward the effective teaching strategies and recommendations from the management of the school.This thesis begins with the theory, based on practice, and aims to enhance the effectiveness of class teaching, to enhance students'comprehensive quality and innovation, and explore the specific ways and means of effective teaching behaviors. The thesis attempts to do some research on useful supplement and do some improvement of predecessors in this field, tries to provide some specific methods with commonality and interoperability. These achievements, to some extent, will make some efforts to practices.
