The writer has learned in a deep-going way on effective teaching by Chinese and foreign scholars. Based on the entry point"people-oriented, concerned about the students", use many methods such as document analysis, teaching experiments, surveys and teaching cases. The writer also has studied the cases of the teaching reform during the past five years from four aspects, such as meeting the students to understand the law, and guiding students to participate effectively, focusing on feelings and experiences of students to ensure the learning efficiency of students. With the analysis of the behavior in class of the effective teaching, the writer extracts 12 kinds of effective teaching behaviors in class, such as effective teaching practices with clear instruction, variety of teaching, effective questions, attentively listening, to ensure the participation, timely feedback, appropriate incentives, multiple evaluation, rational reflection, goals guiding, combination of teaching and practices, Teaching students according to their personalities.
