So far,Chinese teaching has been greatly developed abroad.Due to the lack of necessary target language environment,there are many problems to be solved both in Chinese classroom teaching and extracurricular activities.As a part of overseas Chinese language teaching,Chinese teaching in Korea also has various problems at the same time.As a Chinese teacher volunteer,During the internship in Korea,I found that it was difficult for teachers to teach Chinese in accordance with the established goals and teaching plans in the classroom of Chinese conversation..So I selected the Chinese teachers who teach Chinese language in 9 Korea foreign language senior high schools and 200 students who are learning Chinese in this 9 schools now,and designed the related questionnaire survey with the teaching behavior of Chinese teachers in the Chinese conversation class.And through comparative analysis,traceability interview and classroom observation,and other methods to sort out the views of teachers and students on effective teaching behavior.Through this way,this paper explores the same views,different views and disputed views between Chinese teachers and Korean Chinese learners in the classroom teaching behavior of teachers,and finds out the reasons behind them.The purpose is to find the effective classroom teaching behavior for the Chinese Conversational teachers of the Korean and Chinese students,and to provide better suggestions and suggestions for the future Chinese volunteer teachers.The related researches on effective teaching both at home and abroad play an ideological guiding role in writing this thesis.The comprehensive and mature research in western teaching provides an important inspiration for the author's research method.The empirical study on the Chinese teaching of foreign language and the description and analysis of specific classroom behavior have become the basis for the classification of the teaching behavior in this paper.According to the research methods and requirements of thesis writing,this paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly explains the reasons,purpose,significance,research objects and research methods of this thesis.After explaining these contents,we also focus on explaining and differentiating the related concepts in this paper.The second chapter is mainly write the results of the study of teaching behavior in foreign teaching circles and the summary of the results of the domestic teaching and learning in the field of foreign Chinese pedagogy.And combs the relevant literature of the author's reading,and explains the study of classroom teaching behavior at home and abroad so far.The third chapter,through the description and analysis of the high school Chinese teaching of foreign languages in Korea,explains the teaching of Chinese in the foreign language high school of Korea from five aspects of the basic situation of teaching,the object of teaching,the teaching objective,the teaching mode and the teaching task.On this basis,the design of the questionnaire is carried out,and the relevant explanations are made from the questionnaire design,the framework of the questionnaire,the trial of the questionnaire and the issuance of the questionnaire.The fourth chapter is the focus of this paper and the core part of the thesis.This chapter mainly analyzes the results of the third chapter questionnaire survey.The results of the questionnaire are divided into three parts:the same views of the teachers and students about teaching behavior,the different views between teachers and students and the discrepant views between teachers and students.By using the method of data list,combined with the results of interviews,the specific teaching behaviors are analyzed and studied.The fifth chapter is mainly based on the results of the fourth chapter of the study,The author give some suggestions from two aspects,the Korean Chinese teachers volunteers and the training of Korea Chinese teachers.to help the classroom teaching of teachers,to improve the teaching effect of Korean Chinese conversation class.
