The physical problems course is one of important class of the physical teaching, which takes much time in class. A good exercise class not only can teach new knowledge, also can cultivate students'ability and make the most of students'subjective initiative. At present, many teachers know the insufficiency of the exercise class or pay little attention to it, so they often give an exercise class quite casually, just using "a piece of exercise paper,a piece of chalk and a mouth " through the whole class. The content of class given by teachers often lacks pertinency. The teaching goal of exercise class is not clear. The important point of class has not been focused on and the difficult point hasn't been broken through. What's worse, the class is totally up to teachers, go where he or she pleases. The students'main body quality has not been embodied, so students are not able to experience the joy of success, which is not favorable to development of student'affect and attitudes, and value system. Then the enthusiasm of students is not enough, which leads to the low efficiency of classroom teaching. There can be some mistakes appearing in the process of students'solutions to physics questions, the majority of which are the following:the confusion of physical conception and the ambiguity of physical rule, the inference without evidence, taking care of one matter while forgetting the other, messing up the formulas, carelessness, and being separated from practice and so on. The main difficulties of students in the course of solving the physical exsrcise are the following:no thoughts and direction for solving a problem, difficulty with looking for the formulas matching the relative unknown number, no physical prospect in the brain and being intended to apply mechanically the physical formulas eagerly. In addition, students depend greatly on the equations which is set to solve the questions basing on the basic concept and the rule. They often carry on the deductive reasoning to the questions, only to find static ways of solving problems and the recent physical perspective, through continuously attempting wrong methods, which leads to not clearly expressed. Students only know that sth. is so but not why it is so and do not understand the reason of solution of physics questions, also lack logic. However, it is required to transform from the exam of knowledge to the student ability in the college entrance examination. The student ability is requested to be a higher standard, so it seems to be vital whether the result of the physical exercise class teaching is effective or not. At present, the effective measures to the exercise class teaching's action, is just to stress "a topic multi-solution", "a topic is changeable" in the teaching method according to the literature research. There is no teaching model to be proposed which is easy to operate and is accordant with the practical situation to the exercise class teaching from the theory angle.In my thesis, some specific measures are put forward to solve the problem of the low efficiency in the exercise class. First of all, understanding should be made well to the effective classroom teaching in physical exercise class under the new curriculum background. Then, the different teaching goals will be set to meet the different type exercise class by careful analysis, which enables the classroom instruction to be pointed. The design of teaching plan basing on the new curriculum's idea should let students take active part in classroom, and pay much attention to the students'learning way of communication and cooperation, attach importance to the students'experience observed and learnt from real life, stimulate students to ponder positively, enhance the ability of understanding and improve the power of thinking, which causes the exercise class to be effective.
