Research On The Strategy Of Higher Education Information Technology In Jilin Province

On one hand,With the rapid development of integration and network of the information technology, it proposes higher requirement for teaching mode,management mode and personnel training mode in higher education and so on. On the other hand, the higher education itself also needs to strive for the survival through transformation and the development though innovation, so that it can breakthrough the fetter of traditional educational mode and move toward the education modernization. Both of them need to treat educational information technology as supporter.It means that information technology is the only way to the further development of China's higher educaton.The paper starts from the origin,current situation and existing problems of information technology in higher education.it indicats the development process and trend of higher education informationization by making the comparative study and analysis of higher education informationization between home and abroad.On the basis of investigation and study on the related literature as well as profits from other related domain theory and principle,combining with informationization developmental strategy in our nation and Jilin Province,it puts forward the strategic target construction of higher education informationization which is suitable for Jilin Province.It also proposes the corresponding strategic priority and the strategic measure uniformed with construction phase.The strategic priority of higher education information technology development is proposed for the status quo of higher education in Jilin Province,combined with the higher education information technology development requirements of various institutions.Specifically includingthe standardization of information technology in education,education information technology and education reform,teaching reform related problems,to strengthen international exchanges and cooperation and the development of education information industry.Meanwhile,the strategic measures of higher education information technology of Jilin province is also proposed.Specifically including the building of a sound institutional mechanism,to strengthen the educational information infrastructure construction,to strengthen the integration and application of educational resources,to improve the application level of resources,to strengthen the qualified personnel of information,to increase in funding inputs and so on.For the actual situation of resources shortage,fragmented and decentralized development of higher education information technology in Jilin Province,this paper systematically put forward the construction concept,specific implementation measures, and security conditions for the resource sharing platform of higher education information technology in Jilin Province.
