Along with the development of education informationization, some problems are appeared, such as software construction is not as updated as hardware infrastructure, and the resource waste is very serious, the information communication is not smooth. Especially for primary and secondary school, the application software is a huge lack for them. The current software cannot be used deeply into the normal teaching course, and this situation has become the "heart-disease" of the informationization in primary and secondary schools.Education quality is the core of a school, thus, it's the common goal for each school to improve the education quality and promote the school development. As the unique strength, "cross-school-net-development", informationization is very welcomed in most schools. Education Quality Surveillance, Net Paper Assessment, Result Analysis and other information software are eventually being the hot desires, but due to the facility and system are not suitable to the schools, these needs cannot be met.To meet the needs of school teaching, from the systematic consideration perspective, this dissertation contributed an information application platform, Digital Paper-Assessment-Grading System (DPAGS), to fully utilize the resource, vanish the information communication gap and enhance the teaching effect.The first part of this dissertation introduces the research background, research purpose and research methodology, the following parts present the design structure of DPAGS, realization of DPAGS and the application of DPAGS, and predict the future impact. The final part is summary and conclusion.Specifically, this dissertation has achieved the below goals:1.Raising the general structure of DPAGS from the systematic perspective, finishing the system design and model realization. The structure design is based on High School Entrance Examination Net Grading System, but jumped out the limitation of High School Entrance Examination Net Grading System, and raised the new system layout, basic platform plus modulated system, which could optimize each application module and meet the teaching requirement.2.Practicing the DPAGS into the teaching process. The dissertation mainly discussed the application of DPAGS into grading process, grade analyst, quiz-quality analyst, education-quality surveillance and assessment, teaching course, resource-knowledge share, home-school across-learning, learning diagnose and precaution, teaching affaire management, standardized exam regulation and some other alike function.The application into teaching and learning is the core part of this dissertation. It is the first time that systematically presents the information software platform into the teaching and learning application. The first try, maybe not the best one, but if this dissertation could give out a clue and lead the further step, that will be good enough.3.Assessing the teaching and learning effect from DPAGS. This dissertation also developed a survey to research the application effect and influence. And there is a detail analyst of the survey following this part.4.Briefly stating the experience and harvest from DPAGS, and foresee the improvement and development in future.This dissertation is aiming to provide the useful reference to the education information development through DPAGS; also, via the teaching-learning application, up-to-time surveillance, effective learning support of DPAGS, to have a positive impact on education quality improvement and student healthy development.
