At present, although the new curriculum reform, but high school biology raging still exist many shortcomings of classroom teaching, such as students' subjective neglected, lack of cultivation of creative thinking, class teaching efficiency. Looking for a more optimized teaching strategy is to point to this topic. In view of this, the author in the theoretical analysis is conducted on the basis of the experimental study of mind mapping. Mind mapping is British Tony bozan in the 1970s and development of a organised thinking tools. He draw a diagram, the method to solve the problem and cognitive knowledge, spread the idea, imagine how to approach and configuration of expression. Orderly, Mind mapping is a new kind of thinking mode, it combines the brain's concept, including left brain logic, sequence, regulations, text, images, and the right digital imagination, color, space and overall, etc.Based on the causes and significance of research, to thinkmap, defines the concept of theoretical basis is discussed, and introduced the domestic and foreign research situation, In this paper, the main part introduces thinkmap in classroom teaching, and the four application strategy this research results on the statistics and analysis, the conclusion. Finally puts forward some problems of the research on the subsequent research and some Suggestions.This study combining our actual situation, will thinkmap applied to high school biology teaching. Before and after the experiment in on discussion and questionnaire survey, and the group and control group, and the test data are obtained by statistical processing, support SPSS11.5 software from two aspects of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the application effect of mind mapping is evaluated. Through the investigation and analysis of the test results, the author thinks that will thinkmap application of high school biology teaching will benefit the divergent thinking ability, be helpful for improving students' interest, improve the effectiveness of teaching.
