Commonly Self-regulated learning is a process or ability that a person according his or her needs, confirms the study targets, works out the study plans, using study strategies fitly, supervises learning processes, and evaluates study results. In recent years, self-regulated learning is paid more and more attention to by the education circles, and becomes an overwhelming focus both in domestic and international education circles and psychology circles. It also has become the key goal of the reform of education today. The ability of self-regulated learning is the request for adapting to the development of the times and the essentially assurance of one's future sustainable development.This article discusses how to cultivate the ability of students' self-regulated learning in senior highâ…¡g eography teaching. I have been cultivating the ability of Senior Highâ…¡students in three stages, according to the composing of self-regulated learning ability and the basic regulation of acquiring the self-regulated learning ability, as well as combining the real situation of my school. In the first stage, it is indoctrinated to the students that they must improve their ability of self-regulated learning to improve their grades. In the second stage, students are trained how to hold self-regulated learning strategy. In the third stage, based on the reference books that each student uses, I have designed a teaching mode of self-regulated learning in class to cultivate the students'self-regulated learning ability from each part of the teaching.This article discusses how to cultivate the ability of students' self-regulated learning in senior highâ…¡biology teaching. On the basic of investigation and research, the author have been cultivating the ability of Senior Highâ…¡students in three stages, according to the composing of self-regulated learning ability and the basic regulation which acquires the self-regulated learning ability, as well as combining the real situation in my school. In the first stage, infiltrating the conception of self-regulated learning to students; In the second stage, training the self-regulated learning strategy; In the third stage, based on the reference books that each student uses, designing a teaching mode of self-regulated learning in the class to cultivate the students'self-regulated learning abilities from each part of the teaching.
