Teaching quality is the lifeline of Colleges.No matter how the trend of educational reformation to replace,ensuring the quality of personnel training is always the eternal theme of colleges.The level of teaching quality of universities and colleges are affected by various factors of all teaching aspects,and teachers'teeaching behavior is one of the most critical factors.The college teachers achieve the affaction on their students are through their various teaching profession activities.The choice of teaching behavior of teachers which is the direct and main factor of teaching quality directly affects the success or failure of teaching effectiveness,plays the underestimated role and impact on the development of students.Firstly this study establishes a factor model of college teachers'teaching behavior.secondly,it designs the questionnaire based on the factor model, and conducts a survey on 100 teachers from Fujian Agricultural Vocational and Technical College.Finally,this paper uses the related econometric methods,executes an ANOVA on the obtained datas,and draws some relevant conclusions to provide a theoretical basis for the colleges'managers to make decision.This paper consists of five parts:The first part is the introduction. It elaborates the background of this research, the significance of the research, the goal of the research, the methods of the research, the overall research design as well as the technical route, hits the frame for the article.The second part is a study summary.It carries thorough elaborations, inductions and narrations on the domestic and foreign research status of the teachers'teaching behavior, then reviews and the ponders the results of the predecessor's research to lay the rationale for the next step of research.The third part comprises the theoretical analysis of the factors of teaching behavior for college teachers and the design of predicted scale.Firstly,it introduces the theoretical basis—planned behavior theory for designing the factors affacting the teachers'teaching behavior.Then, it carries a profound theoretical analysis on relevant factors and identifies the specific factors which affect teachers'teaching behavior.Finally,it designs the cognitive scale of factors for college teachers'teaching behavior,which mainly includes behavior and attitude,subject standard, perceived behavioral control, and conducts a survey on 100 teachers from Fujian Agricultural Vocational and Technical College. The fourth part is the real diagnosis research.In the domestic and foreign research foundation,proposes its own research frame and theory suppositions,has utilized questionnaire survey,data processing and analysis and other methods,carries on the factor analysis,the variance analysis and the description statistics by using SPSS15.0 statistics software to the collected data, and then to carries on the analysis of cognition to the three structural dimensions of factors influencing teaching behavior.Firstly,in this foundation, the research utilizes the one-way anova method, takes three dimensions of psychological contract as the dependent variable and the population statistic variable such as sex,age,knowledge level,marrige status,seniority,position, title,annual income,subject of professional categories, political landscape as the factor variable to conduct the variance analysis, so as to analyze the difference degree of these population statistic variables in each dimension of the teaching behavior.Secondly,this paper conducts the Pairwise comparison test analysis on the subjects which has significant difference by using the contrasts function of SPPS software, that is descriptive statistics, to explain the basic information of the different teaching behaviors of teachers impact on the differences of perception,to explain the basic information how to affect the differences of perception of factors for teaching behavior from the different conditions of teachers.The fifth is the study conclusion and suggestions to improve the teachers'teaching practices.It puts forward some recommendations to improve the teaching behavior of teachers based on the summary of the results of empirical analysis .The sixth part discusses the limitation of the research and the suggestion for further studies. It analyses the deficiencies that exists in the research, and conducts concrete suggestions for the next step of research.
