Accompanying with the implementation of the basic class and teaching reform, teacher's devotion sprite once ignored but now needs to be recognized by a scientific rational judgment and analysis further again mean while because of the teacher's performance salary reform and social attention to teachers'behaviors. Teacher's devotion behaviors can be defined as the behaviors within the role or without the role. The behavior without the role but benefit to an organization is organization citizenship behavior (OCB). After OCB is brought forward, there is broad scale researches focused on enterprises but rarely on educational organization. On the other hand, it is still short of an integrated theory framework to influential factor studies on OCB. Therefore, this paper is trying to put forward theory module of teacher's intension and behavior of OCB based on OCB researches on teachers in compulsory education stage (TOCB)and predictive variables of OCB theory.The questionnaires are included to tocb scale, attitude scale, subject norm scale, pcb scale and so on.The research subjects are the 626 teachers in compulsory education stage in Sichuan and Gansu Province.The results of this study are shown as followed:OCB of teachers in compulsory education stage (TOCB) can described as four dimensions including taking initiatives at work, keeping teamwork with colleagues, maintaining organization's internal or external harmonious image, encouraging sharing ideas or opinion with the school management or colleagues. The OCB can be predicted by attitude, subject norm and perceived behavior control. The theory of planed behavior can provide a better explanation to the mechanism of teachers'OCB.The results of this study are shown as followed:(1)the self-made questionnaire of TOCB and variable have high reliability and validity so it can be used as a research tool for TOCB mechanism. For TOCB, the practical data of four dimensions basically consisted with the theoretical model.(2)In the theory of planned behavior, the predicating variables can explain effectively to their behavior of the teachers in the compulsory education stage.(3)There are some differences between the TOCB and teachers'demographic characteristics. For one's OCB, the variables of teaching year, marriage status and professional qualification have marked difference; as of the predictor variable of attitude, teachers'demographic characteristics shows not so much difference; as of the predictor variable of subject norm, different professional qualified teachers have significant difference; as of the predictor variable of perceived behavior control,variables of educational background, professional qualification and part time job involved the school management have great difference; as of the predictor variable of behavior image, variables are very much different in professional qualification, sizes of schools; finally, in this study, we have found that there was v-shaped diagram between the TOCB and their partial demographic characteristics.
