Independent Colleges refers to the regular undergraduate institutions based on the Ministry Of Education, "On the norms and to strengthen colleges and universities with new mechanisms and modalities for the management of a number of pilot observations of Independent Colleges" requirement, under the new mechanisms and modalities for the mechanism held in private, undergraduate-level schools.How to realize in-depth about the constraints of students'ideological and political work in Independent Colleges, accurately grasp the state of mind of students and enhance the effectiveness of students'ideological and political work to promote the Independent Iollege development with harmony, health and sustainable is a very important and urgent task which we must face at present.. After 10 years of development and growth, Independent College already begun to take shape, But in the ideological and political education research is relatively not enough,Especially in regard to the characteristics of Independent College and its students,it has made less relevant and practical research, in this article, I analyze form three aspects with a view to the independent institute of ideological and political education as a reference after on the basis of reading a large number of ideological and political education research results and combining with years of practical experience working at an Independent College. as follows:First, the current situation of ideological and political education at abroad and the enlightenment to edeological and political education of Independent College.Second, the characteristics of ideological and political education of Independent Colleges and the status research of it;Third, study of the way to achieve ideological and political education of independent college more targeted and effective.
