| The 21st Century is an important period for Chinese educational reform. The nation no longer allots jobs for the university graduates. The university graduates choose their jobs independently and there is a two-way selection between the employers and the graduates in the job market. The job selection viewpoint of the university graduates has been greatly changed by the reform of job-choosing system. With the universities expanding the number of student recruitment, it is becoming more and more difficult for the female graduates to find a job as well as the male graduates. Analyzing the reasons for this, we can see that the factors come not only from the society, university and family, but also from the female graduates themselves.Taking the job choosing viewpoint of the female university graduates as the object, this paper tries to find out the factors influencing the job choosing viewpoint of the female graduates by making reference to relevant information and put forward some workable and realistic suggestions and solutions in order to help the female graduates to set up correct concept on job choosing, which favors both the full development of the female graduates and the construction of national economy and harmonious society.This paper is divided into four parts. Part I classifies the relevant conceptions and presents the theoretical basis on this topic; Part II describes the significance for the female graduates to establish a correct job choosing viewpoint; Part III analyzes the existing problems and factors of the female graduates' job choosing viewpoint; Part IV gives some solutions on how to guide the female graduates to establish a correct viewpoint on job choosing, which benefits the country, the people and their own development. |
