College students as a special kind of human resources,constantly input fresh blood for the process of the economic development of China.The female college students enrich and develop the diversity of employment.The number of graduates are very much every year.For each colleges and universities,the number of graduates are thousands.However,jobs that society can provide are limited.So finding a satisfactory job becomes a trouble.In the current,information on sex differences in employment treatment are very much.Employment ways how to realize the equality between men and women in the college students has caused extensive concern of the government,universities and the social.Because of the particularity of each people,the employment of each college students is influenced by many aspects.This paper with gender and education level as the breakthrough point,selects the "undergraduate" female college graduates as the research object.The conception of this paper is to observe from the macro level of female college students employment problem to specific micro-level.From many colleges and universities across the country,this paper chooses the Financial University as the research object,and chooses the first job as the research content because of it is the end of graduates and beginning of employment.The data of this paper is a questionnaire on the employment of graduates from the case university on the year of 2014-2016.In the first part of this paper,through the current employment of college students and the employment of female university students.Through the analysis of relevant domestic and foreign researches,the research contents and methods are determined.The second part is to comb the relevant concepts and theories,and simply count the employment status of college students at different levels.The third part of the case school,for example,for female university graduates in employment intention,the factors influencing the employment situation,employment and self-employment carries on the preliminary statistical description,and the female graduates employment status in 2014-2016 in detail;The fourth part analyzes the gender difference between male and female graduates in employment through Chi-square Test.The fifth part through the SWOT analysis and cluster analysis clearly the advantages and disadvantages of female college students in employment for the first time,and they influence the individual employment,value of unit of choose and employ persons of ability,its strengths,its weaknesses cognitive factors;Finally,this paper summarizes the policies of the country and some provinces,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.Through statistical analysis of the questionnaire,it is concluded that actual percentage female graduates of the financial universities of formal employment and unformal employment are lower than the employment expectation.State-owned enterprises and government institutions are popular.The actual salary is lower than expected salary.The degree of satisfaction is higher;By comparing data of 2014-2016,found that formal signing a drop in the proportion of,choose the proportion of state-owned enterprises is always high,employment site areas where the school location and economic development better,no big change,the level of wages of manuscript,job satisfaction is higher;The male and female university students' employment difference by hypothesis testing found that male and female college students' employment for the first time in terms of employment and wage level,either in quantity or quality of boys were higher than girls,and in the nature of the contract unit and region,the degree of professional counterparts,job satisfaction and there was no significant difference,and financial institutions in wages between different professional is no significant difference;Through SWOT analysis,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the employment of financial and economic female graduates are obtained.Factors play a key role in the "employment for individuals" cluster,there are three factors compelling,"professional","school status and awareness" and "social practice" during the period of school,because the three factors mentioned more often than other factors,and form a category respectively,and "during the period of school learning" and "during the period of school employment" as mentioned rate is low in the final classification.In clustering "unit of choose and employ persons value factors","manuscript" and "personal social practice experience" referred to the highest rate,in the first category,"personal expression and communication" and "school status and awareness" to,respectively,in the second,third class,and the "employment while in school","group consciousness",and "individual learning" to mention low rate in the last category.In the ability of classification,"language competence" factors for higher than other ability in the lack of ability of strengths and clustering analysis are the place category,shows that in the female graduates,the ability of people is more,while weak in this aspect also is more,the other "innovation" singular in clustering ability is insufficient,it mentioned frequency in the first place,that female college students ability is weak in this respect.Finally,it is suggested that female college students should improve their competitive advantage and change their employment concept and make full preparations for employment.Colleges should strengthen the education and employment guidance for female college students.The society should build a harmonious and equal gender culture atmosphere.The government should look for a suitable birth control system,and all parties should cooperate to improve the job market of college students.
