With the acceleration of the process of information, online training has become the darling of training methods, online teacher training has become a new way of teacher training. In recent years, online teacher training has increasingly presented regional. Although the online teacher training has been more developed, but, because of the information technology in China started relatively late, the quality of teacher training needs to be improved. The knowledge construction about the online teacher training is not good. Knowledge construction is process of generation and continuous improvement of valuable views and ideas. The depth of knowledge construction primarily explained by the posts written by the teachers in the discussion area of the courses.Intel Future training is the best of the training programs, but the knowledge construction of the courses hold in Shanghai region in Intel Future training is not very good. Teachers in Shanghai are better than others in other areas, judging by this, the knowledge construction in other regions is not good, either.To solve the problem of the low levels of knowledge construction about regional online teacher training, this paper does content analysis and social network analysis with the posts in public forums and course forms(the forms in the courses) in four courses which are selected in the Intel Future training program in the four courses as the study objects.The main contents of this paper are research background, research review, data analysis, influencing factors and strategies.Through the analysis of the datas, there are many factors of the knowledge construction of regional online teacher training, contains the set of courses, teaching strategies. In response to these factors, propose the strategy for improvements and re-design the courses to make it more conducive for teachers to construct knowledge.
