Study On The Efficient Of "Online Teacher Training Of Primary And Secondary School"

During the new era, the teacher should have knowledge structure, multiple teaching technology, strong ability, noble character and so on. As an individual, to achieve the requirements of the modern education, the teacher should keep on learning and achieve the continues education and training; As a community, through the training the teacher can improve themselves, meanwhile can educate students who meet the requirement of the new education, Based on this, this study discusses how the training effect is and the training purpose is achieve or not?This paper contains five parts.Part Ⅰ:Foreword.Introduce the origin of this research, summarize and analyze the current domestic surgery research results about teacher training and on-line teacher training, and find the deficiencies.Part Ⅱ:Introduce the basic situation about "Online Teacher Training for Primary and Secondary School". This part mainly introduces the training objective, training time, training management and evaluation standard.Part Ⅲ:The survey and analytic study about the "Online Teacher Training for Primary and Secondary School". First i made a present situation questionnaire and selected some objects to test and verify the questionnaire, then made a revision about the questionnaire. At last, I made a formal survey about the online teacher training.Part Ⅳ:The analysis of causes. The causes of low efficient come two aspects—subjective cause and objective cause. The subjective cause contains the wrong training purpose, dishonesty training and the lack of motivation. The objective cause contains theoretical courses, the mechanized communication and the single evaluation method and so on.Part V:The strategies to improve the efficient of the online teacher training. Base on the causes of low efficient, this part show the strategies from the teachers personal factor and the training activities factor.
