With the expansion of globalization, the status of regional culture is declining under the mainstream culture. The position of regional culture in the field of education is more worrying because it is short of obvious direct benefit. However, from the point of long-term development, regional culture has great significance in education development,teacher development and student development. As the outstanding teachers in the education, well-known teachers play the role of demonstration, radiation, and guiding. So,the awareness of regional cultural of well-known teacher to a certain extent can affect the status of regional culture in the field of education, and it can also directly influence the regional culture level of ordinary teachers and students. Therefore, it is of great significance and urgent to construct the regional culture of well-known teacher.This paper adopts questionnaire method to research the present conditions of the regional culture of well-known teachers in 12 middle schools and primary schools in eight areas, and analyzes the result by combining the theory of cultural dimensions to explore the cause of this result and find the strategies to construct regional culture. The tool of this study is fabricated based on cultural theory and divides regional culture into five aspects such as cognition, emotion, values, norms and behavior in order to analyze regional culture of well-known teacher by dynamic vision from different angles, thus to explore the factors influencing the level of regional culture and the correlation between different factors.The paper found that the regional cultural of well-known teacher level is not high,which has little difference between different gender, education background and subject the teacher taught. However, there has obvious differences in such aspects as teaching stage and whether teaching area is consistent with the place of birth. This paper thinks that the main cause of the lack of regional culture of well-known teacher include matters of their own, school and social. Due to cognitive misunderstanding and shake on the contradiction of values and beliefs, teacher do not regard building regional culture as a part of their own development. In school, imperfect system associated with regional culture, the lack of related activity and simplified teacher evaluation system led to the low level of regional culture. Due to the impact of the mainstream culture, induced by the adverse values, the neglect of regional culture, the society does not provide a environment to build regional culture. The construction of the regional culture needs various efforts, so this paper put forward some construction strategies such as to improve self-consciousness of regional culture, provide multiple support for well-known teacher to pay more attention to regional culture, take care of the regional contribution in teacher evaluation, promote status of regional cultural.This study argues that regional cultural has relation to the all-round development of students and teachers and the establishment of geographical sense of belonging. It also has great significance for regional development. Therefore, well-known teacher has an obligation to undertake the duty of constructing and inheriting regional culture. School and social aspects should provide conditions for the well-known teacher to construct regional culture.
