Construction, Based On Knowledge Management In University Teacher Education And Technical Training Resources

The fast development of information technology brings a severe challenge to the development of higher education and a new demand to the specialty development of college teachers. College teachers should pay much attention to the way about how to cultivate an all-round developed person with ability. Their ability of educational technology is the core of specialty development. As a result, in order to accelerate college teachers' informational teaching ability and procure their specialty development, college teachers' educational technology training comes to gain the attention from people, and such kind of training becomes popular in colleges all over China.While the training of different kind and level reaps a harvest, the deficiency of applied ability as to college teachers' educational technology and lots of problems in the process of training are displayed. The speed of constructing training resource can't catch up with the pace of times, and their over-all quality is low, which influences the normal work and quality of training. At present, the urgent problem is about how to establish higher-quality training.By systematically sorting out the present research of knowledge management, this article points out that the knowledge resource becomes the core of college teachers' educational technology training and knowledge becomes its nature from the point of knowledge. Through the training resource analysis of college teachers' educational technology, this paper also puts forward the idea about constructing management's purpose, goal, tool, policies, the invention and creation of the training resource. On the basis of this, the model of college teachers' educational training resource building can be constructed.
