Objective:In order to reduce overweight and obese children's weight, improve their physical fitness, this experiment designed a sports-based long-term comprehensive exercise prescription for them, expect it will be good for overweight and obese children and explor the feasibility of this kind of long-term intervention in school sports. Methods:This study on the Beijing Jingshan School 11-13 year-old overweight, and obese children and adolescents, randomly selected 60, divided into two groups, based intervention group 30, control group 30, each for men and women of 15. From October 2008 to September 2009, the intervention group take a 12 months exercise-based integrated intervention, the intervention include:four stages of the exercise intervention, dietary control and behavior modification.Experiments make use of the South Korean Talent 220 instrument to measure the body composition of the subjects, including height, weight, fat percentage, BMI, waist-hip ratio, and muscle volume;and use the State Education Ministry appointed instruments to test lung capacity and exercise capacity as 400 meters, solid ball, and 50 meters of the students. After the implementation of exercise prescription, compare the data of the body shape, vital capacity and athletic ability before and after the intervention.Outcome:1. The results of experiments, in the form in groups and the body fat, and the percentage of quality index has significant gender difference, the girl's waist-to-hip ratio has a significant gender differences in experimental;group and a significant percentage of sexual health, physical quality of the girls had significant difference. in group2. In two groups of girls living in the back of the lungs are remarkable differences in experimental power. 3. The movement in the experiment and in groups of girls in the 400-meter race tests have a substantial change,50 metres to the test the men, women have a significant change in the experiment and in groups;400-meter race and 50 meters run of men, women are significant changes.Conclusion:1. After implementation of the 12 months the movement of the intervention and interference in the male and female body parts for better change, and prevent further aggravation. the fat.2. After implementation of the 12 months intervention, vital capacity in both group have no significant difference. But the girls'in the experimental group have increased.3. Ater the 12 months exercise-based integrated intervention, group is higher in quality.4. In this study, the exercise-based 12-month comprehensive intervention have been carried out in strict control, and have a desirable result ultimately.
