| Objective:In recent years, the study on obesity in adults is very much, both the research of institutes, universities, medical institutions of the experimental research, also has a nationwide survey and research report. However,Shandong as a strong province of economy, population big province, in recent years research of different economic regions between the adults are overweight, obese people the new comparative study. This paper studies the rate of obesity and overweight among different regions in areas if there is a difference between different regions and between regions, the same rate of obesity, overweight rate whether the sex between, between age groups and whether there are differences between urban and rural areas. For the different regions of Shandong Province, different gender, different age groups and between urban and rural between prevention and control of overweight, obesity research work to provide more targeted reference.Methods:This paper with the aid of Shandong province in2010Third National Physical fitness monitoring work, based on the "2010national physical fitness monitoring Handbook " requirement, with the body measurement and questionnaire survey method of data collection, the data collected by questionnaire and physical fitness monitoring data collected, according to study design, choose from Ji’nan, Qingdao, Yantai, Weihai as the economy developed area, Binzhou, Heze, Dezhou, as an economically underdeveloped areas. The Ministry of health of the " Chinese adult overweight and obesity prevention and control guide " recommended criteria, BMI<18.5definition of " weight ",18.5=BMI<24is defined as the " normal weight ",24=BMI<28defined as " overweight ", BMI=28is defined as the " obesity ". Using the chi-square test and other statistical methods to analysis different economic regions of respective rates of overweight, obesity rates overall characteristics, age, gender, job characteristics of species characteristics, at the same time on different economic regions were analyzedResults:1.Economic developed areas in Shandong province the overall rate of overweight adults is38.2%, the overall rates of obesity was19.1%, the rate of abnormal waist-hip ratio of60%. Less developed regions of Shandong province the overall rate of overweight adults is38.3%, the overall rates of obesity was13.9%, the rate of abnormal waist-hip ratio of50.7%. Economically developed region and undeveloped area were male rates of overweight, obesity, were significantly higher than that of the female population, waist to hip ratio abnormal rate was higher in females than in males.2.Economic developed area rate of overweight obesity rate of43.2%, male22.4%, waist abnormal detection rate of63.2%was significantly higher than that of female overweight rate33.1%, rates of obesity, waist15.8%detection rate of46.3%; but the female waist-to-hip ratio anomaly detection rate of64.6%was significantly higher than that of male55.4%. Underdeveloped area rate of overweight obesity rates in43.4%male,17.6%female population was significantly higher than that in33%and10.2%. The same waist-hip ratio abnormal detection rate was significantly higher than that of male female. Sex two area there is no difference between the rate of overweight, obesity rates, waist circumference, waist to hip ratio abnormal rate and abnormal rate of economic developed area was significantly higher than that in underdeveloped areas.3.The Shandong province economy developed area, urban workers and urban non-manual workers overweight rate existed significant difference. Farmers and urban non-manual workers obesity rates between farmers and urban laborers, obesity rate has significant difference; economic developed areas, urban adults farmers physical workers and urban non-manual workers three different types among overweight and obesity rates there is no statistically significant difference; Shandong province developed and undeveloped areas, both rates of overweight or obesity rates, farmers, urban laborers, urban non-manual workers were higher in males than that in females.4.The Shandong province economy to develop area and economy are owed develop area in adults overall rates of overweight, obesity rate all appeared along with the age growth and rising trend, and the age of overweight rate found in males are larger than females. Economy developed area obesity rates, before the age of50in males than in females, and in50years old in females than in males. Economy is owed develop area adults of all ages obesity rate of male was more than female.5Overall, between two regions compared to rates of overweight, obesity rates, abnormal rate, waist circumference and waist-to-hip ratio overall trend is economy developed area was significantly higher than that in underdeveloped areas.Conclusion:1. Developed and underdeveloped areas, the rate of overweight two waist abnormal rate there was no statistically significant difference between, but the rate of obesity and the waist-hip ratio abnormal rate economy developed area was significantly higher than that in underdeveloped areas.2.The area between two male rates of overweight, obesity rate, detection rate was higher than that of female waist circumference, waist to hip ratio between the rates of females was significantly higher than that of men; in the sex condition the rate of overweight obesity rates, there is no difference, waist circumference, waist to hip ratio abnormal rate and abnormal rate of economic developed area was significantly higher than that in underdeveloped areas.3.Developed and undeveloped areas of the same type of work of two overweight rate there was no statistically significant difference, but the rate of obesity, waist circumference, waist to hip ratio abnormal rate and abnormal rate of economic developed area were significantly higher than that in underdeveloped areas.4, Two areas adults in the overall rate of overweight, obesity rate, waist circumference and waist to hip ratio anomaly detection rate of each index and increased with age.
