Researchists have indicated that it is generally acknowledged both athome and abroad that based on family, comprehensive intervention, which includes aerobics, diet control and cognitive behavior, is thesuitable means to treat children with obesity. More parents and fatchildren should realize that comprehensive intervention is better thantaking exercises simply and that diet control has no influence onchildren's growth, but also cause quite prominent curative effects. Inorder to probe into the function between movement factor and otherfactors in intervening fat children synthetically, this research is made onlocating an effective method to treat obesity by analyzing the impact onhuman shape, health compositions, fat of blood, heart and lung functiondue to exercise intervention, behavior intervention and diet interventionrespectively or jointly. This experiment is implemented in Libao Health Club located in thecenter of Hengyang city. From five schools with similar conditions, environments and sources of students near the gymnasium, 48 students(BMI≥25%)who are suffering obesity are chosen as experimentalsubjects. They are divided into four groups at random, 12 every group. The first group does not receive any intervention, that is, they lead a lifeas usual. The children of the second group act on two sets of aerobicschemes designed according to their body conditions and interest. The children of the third group do the same as the second group, and eachchild is issued a behavioral manual which is to be filled in and submittedto every day. Also the parents and children in this group take part in aforum once a week. The children of the fourth group have meals in thegymnasium every day with professional nutritionists in charge of foodcollocation and heat assignment according to the age and obesity degreeof each child. The children receive intervention for two months and a testconcerning health shape, body composition, blood sugar, blood fat andindex of heart and lung function before and after the experiment. Theresult of my study is as follows:1. Each group shows that intervention not only makes the fatchildren lower their weight obviously within relatively short time, butmakes their blood sugar reduce; body compositions prone tonormalization progressively; the function of their heart and lung isstrengthened obviously. So it is certain that aerobics can not only outfitfat children but also can reach the goal to control the weight in a shorttime.2. Aerobics with behavior treatment attached drop the blood sugarlevel more prominently than simple aerobics, and strengthen the functionof the heart and lung more notably. It is proved that better effects can beexpected to gain in aerobics with behavior treatment attached.3. Aerobics with diet control attached will not endanger the growth of children. Instead, it can control the weight and drop the blood sugarlevel more effectively that every index of children prones tonormalization even more.4. It is found that the most effective therapeutic method at present isto intervene fat children in synthetic ways such as aerobics, diet controland behavior treatment, if diet control can't be implemented under thelimited condition, aerobics can be adopted to intervene together withbehavior treatment. Doing so can change fundamentally children's wronghabits shaped since childhood. Furthermore it could make children bepersistent in uninteresting intervention for a long time.
