With the continuous deepening reform of the university personnel system, the compensation management of teachers in colleges and universities becomes one of the important contents in its internal management system. In this paper, through using the combined analysis method of qualitative research and quantitative research, theoretical research and applied research, to make research and collect data of the compensation management problems of teachers in colleges and universities in Hebei Province, and on the basis of using the relevant theory, trying to make measures of the compensation management of teachers in colleges and universities on the deeper and broader perspective of the actual situation in Hebei Province, for providing some theories reference to the relevant departments in our province's colleges and universities to make policies, and promoting the healthy development of higher education in our province.First of all, on the basis of reviewing the compensation management research of teachers in colleges and universities at home and abroad, proposing basic concepts of college and university teachers'compensation management, and respectively, elaborating distribution theory in economics and incentive theory in psychology in order to lay a solid theoretical foundation for this study, at the same time, making a brief review of the main course of college and university teachers'compensation system.Secondly, from the status of higher education, teacher salary structure and level, the internal differences of teacher compensation management and so on, analyzing present situation of college and funiversity teachers'compensation management in Hebei Province deeply, and find the major problems of college and university teachers'compensation management in Hebei Province, such as lack the competitiveness in compensation levels, the real performance-based compensation system has not been fully established, the welfare system needs further refinement and optimization and so on.Once again, making a comprehensive analysis of the impact factors of the college and university teachers'compensation management in Hebei Province, mainly through internal factors and external factors, and comparing with businesses and the civil services.Finally, concerning the problems and impact factors of the compensation management of college and university teachers in Hebei Province, carrying out countermeasures such as perfecting post performance-oriented compensation management system, strengthen the teacher incentives of compensation management,etc, in order to provide some help and reference to the distribution system reform of colleges and universities in Hebei Province.
