With the rapid development of information technology nowadays, teachers'education technology ability has been an indispensable one。In order to foster "future teacher"——teacher-training students'ability of educational technology, most of the Higher Teacher-training Institutions have opened common curriculum of Modern Educational Technology which has been regarded as a prescribed subject in the scheme of fostering teacher-training students.Meanwhile the rapid popularity of the Common Curriculum of Education Technology has exposed a lot of problems, such as so many teaching contents but with few teaching periods, the negligence of students' individual divergence in this unified teaching, the monotony of teaching methods, the lack of teaching resource, etc. How to remove these defects? What can we do to assure the quality of opening such common curriculum to make progress in the development of educational informationization? In the writer's view, we should do Learning Activities Design in the framework of activity theories.Besides, the combination of the use of LAMS, the advanced Managing System of Learning Activity, can be an effective way.The research analyzes the open conditions of Common Curriculum of Educational Technology in the way of the analysis of document and the investigation paper. What's more, the research helps find the problems during this:Proceed from actual problems, the research construct the Learning Activity Design Pattern in the basis of LAMS and in the way of picking up the Activity Theory and the combination of LAMS's feature,In addition, the research does not only apply the pattern to specific teaching design practice,improve and develop it, but also justify the effectiveness of the way of "Activity Design& network platform" in solving the problem during common curriculum of Educational TechnologyThe article are divided into six chapters, the first chapter is introduction,containing the motion of the problem,the purpose the sense the content, the thinking and the methods of this research together with the structure of argumentation, the ChapterⅡis the research about relevant problems mainly, composed of the common curriculum of Educational Technology, Learning Activity Design and LAMS's relevant conception and conditions, the Chapter III is the theoretical basis of the research,it seeks the theoretical basis in the way of clearing up the theory of activity and design pattern, Chapter IV gives an outline of the installment equipment and the basic function of the LAMS which lay the technological foundation for the research;Chapter V firstly establishes the technological process of Learning Activity Design Pattern, then according to its procedure, it put forward the amendment in the basis of LAMS's learning Activity Design Pattern with extracting generally the typical instructional design pattern and the guide of relevant theories; ChapterⅥapply to the practice of Common Curriculum of Educational Technology, it gradually improves it in three rounds' action research. Finally, it evaluate the Common Curriculum of Educational Technology learning activity design in the basis of LAMS, at the meantime, it justifies the learning activity design's effectiveness in solving the problems existing in the Common Curriculum of Educational Technology; Chapter VII concludes the whole research and gives expectation to the next researching work.
