| The undergraduate of educational technology have the dual mission, they’re not only the communicators of future information technology and theory and will likely be a information technology teachers. It need to start from classroom teaching which is the battle position of school education to achieve the training objective, to advocate paying attention to teaching theory and developing practice in the classroom teaching of educational technology undergraduateTo optimize the classroom teaching will from the instructional design angle, the traditional classroom teaching is based on the teaching strategy/model, while there are two research orientation in the current instructional design:One is based on teaching strategy/model, and the other is based on learning activities.This paper believe using the learning activities of instructional design can make up for the strategy/model based instructional design having certain feasibility.LAMS:Learning Activity Management System is a innovative open source tool which based on the learning design idea and summit the instructional design management and release of collaborating online learning activities in one, is the one of the best learning activities management system supporting the learning design. Learning design itself is a kind of specification, and its connotation to contain theory, standard, software three levels, it’s highest level is theory reflects the learning design of the basic idea, the process of teaching activities, the whole teaching is learners positive participate in the learning activities of design sequence that has been completed. This idea and current concept that advocated learning activities as the center of teaching design have in common, the difference is learning design in addition to paying attention to the teaching activities of the teaching design also emphasizing that store and share.Based on the above the background, knowing the home and abroad situation that LAMS has used in higher education and teacher training through the literature investigation, and combining with the characteristics of this professional course, the author select "modern distance education" and "the instructional design " two courses as the implementation of the research object.
