In the21st century, mankind has entered into the information age, information of reliance on technology also increasing, the application ability of information technology will become more and more necessary as the survival skills, information literacy will also be the important component for the citizens in modern society. Information technology course is set up based on such background. How to cultivate the information literacy of citizens is the new task of Information Technology education. The Information Technology textbook is an important part of information technology education, how to design the Information Technology textbook which can be blended in the real life become the issue for information technology education practitioners. On the other hand, with the fast speed of knowledge update, the traditional paper textbook cannot accommodate with the change. Traditional textbooks update slowly, the cost of each reprint is very experiment, and the content is dull and bored, and the interaction is scarce, therefore, it’s imminent for designing the new textbook which can make up these defects. The dynamic Information Technology textbook for middle school based on LAMS is designed for solving these problems as a kind of trail, this research mainly includes the following aspects:Firstly, analyze the present research situation through reading the related literatures, and discuss the theoretical basis of this study: Constructivism Theory, Learning Activities Theory and IMS Learning Design Theory and so on. And on this basis, combined with the characteristics of the dynamic textbook, I designed the flow path for the dynamic Information Technology textbook for middle school based on LAMS.Secondly, describe the content of dynamic textbook and LAMS and introduce the process for designing the dynamic Information Technology textbook for middle school based on LAMS, including the design of the textbook styles, the design of learning activities in textbook, the forms of learning activity in this textbook. The paper describes the installation of the platform for textbook and the embodiment of the dynamic textbook.And then, take a example of one chapter of the textbook from the preparation stage, the using stage, to the modification stages of stage. And investigate the application of the textbook by the questionnaire and interview method to students and teachers and get a feedback for evaluation..Finally, the paper summarizes the research conclusion:1, as the support platform of the dynamic text, the integration between LAMS platform and Moodle platform provide good environment for the textbook. It’s the innovation of my paper for combining the LAMS platform with the Moodle platform, LAMS provides the environment for designing and using the learning activity sequence, Moodle provides the high quality instruction management environment, combination with their strong points, and play each other’s advantages, a powerful, fast and convenient dynamic textbook platform is formed.2, The survey results show that the dynamic Information Technology textbook for middle school based on LAMS can promote the interest of students in Information Technology course and information literacy, and help to improve the independent consciousness and the innovation ability of teachers. Obviously, the textbook have definite practical value and popularize value. The dynamic textbook based on LAMS is not only fit for the Information Technology course, but also fit for other courses, not only suitable for high school course, but also suitable for the college courses. However, because of the updating character of the dynamic materials, and the middle school course has the outline of a strict limit, so this textbook is more suitable for the development of school-based textbook for middle school.
