The 21 st century is information and knowledge explosion era, the rapid development of society and rapidly changing times have highlighted the high quality talent in the country in various fields of economic and social importance. With the deepening of the new curriculum reform, implementation of new curriculum standards for language teaching provides unlimited scope for development. Traditional outdated teaching is gradually being closed away, an "independence, cooperation, and explore" approach to learning as the main feature being pushed up call for people to adapt to warm. In recent years, inquiries learning in language teaching reading more and more people are concerned about its practical significance and the role of initial success.China is a large agricultural country, with more than 800 million population growth, living in rural areas, rural areas, upgrade the quality of people's culture is conducive to the enhancement of comprehensive national strength. As China's "Dual" structure in rural areas caused by economic, political, cultural relativism is more behind the city, then how in the new curriculum under the guidance, combined with the shortage of resources in rural schools, the information block, the lower the overall level of students in the actual situation, study, explore, develop a set of actual conditions found in rural schools and effective teaching model, the rural middle school language teaching should be one of the most urgent and practical problems.Through the town of Jiulongpo District a common rural high school students and teachers in questionnaires and interviews to investigate rural high school teaching and the implementation of the language of Chinese reading of inquiry teaching of reading the real situation on the basis of practice to explore a language suitable for rural high school explore the actual implementation of the road reading instruction. The third part mainly based in rural schools are facing enormous academic pressure, education, insufficient funding, inadequate teaching facilities, teaching staff and the quality is not high enough, curriculum resource development is difficult practical issues such as proposed based on the class penetration, full use of materials and rural-specific human, material resources, as much as possible in the classroom to guide students explore reading. The fourth part is the reflection of teaching part of the implementation of inquiry that rural high school teaching of reading the new wandering, confusion between the old course, and propose a constructive approach to the new curriculum, looking for new and old curriculums, introduction of integrated Inquiry teaching of reading, to improve the quality of rural high school teaching of Chinese reading and the overall quality of students.
