The celebrated educationalist Deng Jin said:The micro-teaching was the most influential pioneering work in teacher's training in the early 1960s and 1970s. In theoretical level, the micro-teaching has absorbed the advanced teaching thought of the teaching design, the teaching target category, the classroom instruction interaction analysis, the teaching appraisal and so on; In practical level, it not only adapts in development of the pedagogy, the psychology, the discipline teaching method, but also adapts in the modern scientific technology's development and need of teacher education reform. Due to the advanced nature and the effectiveness of micro-teaching, its appearance has aroused great concern and enormous interest in educational field, and rapidly spreads out the whole world. In more than 40 years'continuous improvement and development, the micro-teaching is applied into the teaching process, the practical research and the teachers'training analysis, and is recognized as one effective training method. However, in the gradual maturing of modern scientific technology especially the networking technology, the traditional micro-teaching experiment system is unable to adapt information society's rapid development because of technology, equipment and so on. It showed that students'participation degree is not high; the flexibility of students'studies is not strong; the lack of interactivity; the simplification of training pattern; difficult to develop training massively and so on. Therefore, we should derive the theoretical essence of micro-teaching, exploring the new breakthrough and development of micro-teaching's theory and practice in the process of informationization.Along with Internet's further development, constructing a micro-teaching system based on the network environment has already become the developing trend of micro-teaching in the informationization process. In addition, as a renewal product of internet, Web2.0 provides a fast effective, innovating opening, dynamic, and elastic channel for acquisition, the memorizing, the dissemination, the application of the knowledge. It emphasizes the user's participation, the contribution, the interactivity and the shared core idea, providing good support for Normal university students. Web2.0 causes the micro-teaching to surmount the traditional pattern of the knowledge transmission and the skill obtained, including the process of experience and cognition, as well as the appraisal and the reconsideration of the experience and cognition. It places great focus on the solution of the practical problems and the community's shared study experience.Based on the above analysis, the author proposed this research subject:constructing the micro-teaching system based on the Web2.0, providing the operable strategy and methods for the skill training of Normal universities'students under the informationization environment.This research is mainly divided into four stages:Literature investigation, theoretical research, empirical study and appraisal analysis. The author aims to apply the combination of the theoretical discussion and the empirical study based on literature investigation and analysis of the domestic and foreign literature to theoretically elaborate the related research of micro-teaching and analyze the current situation and measures of normal universities'students micro-teaching under the informationization environment. The paper also proposes the theoretical model of micro-teaching system under web2.0 environment, developing the platform on the basis of prophase design and promoting the application of the platform in each department in the southwest university. The efficiency and validity of the platform are testified through the investigation, the collection, the organization and the analysis of feedback data in the research process.The research indicates:the micro-teaching under Web2.0 environment is feasible, effective, which has founded a nimbler, more resourceful, more invariable micro-teaching environment, promoting student's training to be more vivid, more independent, more effective, more target-oriented of teacher's instruction. It causes the micro-teaching to adapt to the modern demand of educational development, enhancing the micro-teaching achievements earnestly, proposing new research subjects for the micro-teaching's theory and the practice as well.
