With the continuous development of modern information technology, the mode of transmission of knowledge and way of communication between people in real life are also great changes have taken place, the development of new media not only affects the daily life and communication, the is a big impact in the field of education. Under the influence of new media, the traditional cumbersome, fixed in the course of education knowledge transmission can not meet the needs of learners, informal learning and micro study, this kind of leaner, diversification, make the learners to master the corresponding content or skills in a short time of micro course study way arises at the historic moment. Micro course received extensive attention of the public in a short time, at the same time, the course in the universities sports teaching for the application of laid a foundation.This article USES the literature material method, interview method and analyze the scientific research methods, such as, for college sports curriculum design are analyzed, and at present both theoretical research and the course design is still in the stage of very not perfect, to participate in sports curriculum design and use of micro teaching of physical education teachers in colleges and universities is not much, the results show that: 1. The use of micro teaching in colleges and universities sports teaching investigation, more than 50% of colleges and universities also didn’t use micro teaching. 2. On the curriculum design of goal orientation, design principle, design steps, design evaluation, etc. 3. The course design process: analysis of learners, clear learning needs to micro selection and the content of the course design, based on the principles of refining topics and learning object, according to different themes and learning object media options to choose to suit the development of software test and improve the curriculum development- class effect. 4. The course from the micro video production standard, content choice, script production, module partition, late to micro video production to further refine micro course, finally, in the form of micro video display. 5. The design of the micro courses need to pay attention to the selection of knowledge, time control, the design of the teaching steps, voice and subtitles, six major aspects of design, should pay attention to the student as this, the grasp of the difficult point of knowledge, cultivate students’ ability of autonomous learning. 6. On the basis of curriculum design, micro courses for college PE teaching two case to display, including the theory and practice.Under the new media is applied to the deepening teaching, the role of micro course in the universities sports teaching is more and more big. From the students’ learning level, the construction of high quality resources for students autonomous learning; From the teachers’ level, the high quality course sharing to promote promote the professional development of physical education teachers; Interactive teaching and learning level, the course as the carrier change the existing mode of classroom teaching, combining teaching with traditional teaching pattern of micro, improve the effect of college PE classroom teaching. At the same time from the micro teaching design and micro class need to make two aspects, raise the level of the sports teachers of colleges and universities. Suggested that college PE teachers design the sports teaching course for teaching experiment, on the basis of experiment on curriculum design to further improve, and then upload the course work, improve the quality of micro PE course.
