With the rapid development of society and the progress of science and technology, it is quite urgent and place a higher demand for our Institutions of Higher Normal Science Education offered professional science curriculum. In particular, with the new elementary educational curriculum reform, there are some problems such as how to raise the quality and quantity of the science teachers, how to establish the training object, curriculum offering and evaluation system. Whether these timely and effectively resolve, it is the key factor to this new emerging department development. Therefore, I think to study on this topics is not only necessary but also have some practical significance.all the time, Institutions of Higher Normal Science Education in our country has played an important role in cultivating various types of qualified personnel at all levels. However, with an increasingly competitive employment in the society, science teachers, the practitioners have been put forward higher requirements, so the Higher Normal Science Education need to change the cultivation pattern to meet the needs of basic education teachers and the community's the requirements of scientific talent, because it would not only enable the graduates find suitable position, but also make great progress for this subject, rather than as a wonderful vision but can not be achieved. In this paper, higher normal science education curriculum issues is the specialized research settings.This article mainly comprises five parts:Firstly, For the introduction, the theoretical problems of science education curriculum have been mainly expatiated, analyzing science, science education and science education curriculum offering related to it and expounding the value and significance of this research. Furthermore, Archival, survey procedure, method of experience summarization and the comparative, the four methods which used in the article have been introduced.The first part is started with the development background of the science education both at home and abroad and analyzed the current situation in our country.The second part, we did some investigation on the current situation of China's in-service science teachers with a questionnaire, for finding out the necessity and feasibility of offering science education curricula in university.The third part describes construction of the major science education curriculum including the course objectives and orientation, the principles of curriculum, content and other issues related to curriculum offering theory.Then, basically analyses the curricula of science education facing difficulties in our county.Finally, according to the preceding part of the discussion, the writer put forward to promote the implementation of China's science education curriculum recommendations: to take the colleges and universities of their own characteristics as a starting point; establish a clear curriculum goals to update the concept; pay attention to theoretical studies, complete the course as soon as the system settings; and the greater efforts should be taken to build a team of qualified teachers of science education; flexible use of teaching methods; and establish curriculum evaluation as well as put forward suggestions and measures.
