The education reformation is the arduous task that we face currently.The curricula reformation,as the core of the education reformation,has been the critical issue we need solve.The countries in the Asia and Pacific District,as well as the other countries in the world, are adjusting the education development strategy actively.The curricula reformation is regarded as important part of education development strategy.New curricula reformation scheme and program is developed to meet this requirement.《The National Normal College Physical Education Teaching Guideline 2002》make it clear that the focus of education reformation has been changed to enhancing the education content,improving education program(to increase the student's adaptability to the society) and strengthen education quality.The Physical Teaching is the core of college Physical Education.It is important to implement the Party's education strategy,achieve the object of college Physical Education and cultivate the teacher of Physical Education.The Physical curricula are regarded as breakout to Physical Education reformation.Also,the curricula itself is the core of Education reformation.It is the bridge between macro and micro education reformation.In the long term, it is widely concerned how to setup Physical curricula,teaching contents and teaching organization to adapt to the character of the student.And how to combine the Physical teaching to the student body practice is given lots of attentions.The author of this dissertation starts with the women defend strike course teaching.And the new teaching idea "New Curricula Standard" is combined with experimentation,reference document method, questionnaire method,compare & analysis method.This dissertation selects one hundred female students in Tianjin Normal University Teaching wushu elective as research sample and brings out the following viewpoints and gives argumentation.1.The Physical curricula construction should meet the requirement of society,health, student study.The functionality of the curricula should be recognized correctly.2.The object of the Physical curricula should be fully understood and it should be embodied in the teaching.It is not correct to copy the doctrine simply.The correct approach should be reasonable evaluation,scientific teaching and human-oriented solution.3.The relation between the requirement of curricula and students should be coordinated. The balance should not be broke.4.The teacher is changed from the role of traditional Physical Education to the Physical curricula constructor,the director of the student health practice and the cooperator of the teaching procedure.
