| University Scientific Research Team is oriented towards scientific research and innovation, free combination the teachers and graduate students from different subject backgrounds to a team by subject leaders. This team is a special team. With the domestic and foreign-depth study of the Psychological contract, Psychological Contract will gradually become a psychological bond between university research team and its members. Aimed at this particular group, analysis the factors that influence University Scientific Research Team, could understand the psychological dynamics of team members in good time. On this basis, we could put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, to promote the formation of Psychology Contract of University Scientific Research Team.In this study, to verify how many dimensions that the Psychological Contract have, by targeting in the college teachers as the main object of study. Using the methods of literature review, interview and questionnaire to research the dimensions of psychological contract. And the three stages of the research are theoretical analysis and assumptions, forecasts the development scale and pre-testing. We have worked out the conclusions what we want though the positive analysis of 208 samples from 15 universities all over the nation.Psychological Contract of University Scientific Research Team tested scale is based on the scale by Rousseau and Liyuan. It has good reliability and validity. Psychological Contract of University Scientific Research team will influence by gender, age and other factors. The results of exploratory factor analysis show that the University Research Team includes Transaction dimension, Relationship dimension and team member dimension.Based on the results of empirical analysis, research the factors that impact the psychological contract, put forward the Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, to promote the formation of Psychology Contract of University Scientific Research Team.
