Retired athletes arrangement which is one of the issues can not be ignored has always been the process of development of China competitive sports talent traning and conitinued development of sports. In recent years, the media often reports the situation that the National champion have after they retired, the retired athletes, National champion Zou Chunlan attracts the wide concern.This study aims to provide a theoretical resolution and experience support to the reemployment and resettlement of the retired athletes through a careful study on the employment and arrangement of the retired athletes of Jilin province with adoption of documentation method, expert interview, mathematica, statistics, questionnaire method, and case analysis method.1)The problems of the retired athletes'arrangement in JiLin Province are as following:First, the retired athletes work are limited. Second, although the education level of the retired athletes has been improved in recent years, the all-round ability of these athletes is still very week, they are lack of competitive ability for the society. Third, because of the long-term closed training, the retired athletes who choose to find a job by themselves are lack of job-hunting experiences and good conditions to create a new career. Finally, the athletes have no other skill but their own professional training, they are lack of employment guidelines and working skills to help them find a job when they are retired.(2)The retire athletes arrangementof JiLin Province is a reflection of the whole country's retired athlete's arrangement. To solve the problem of the retired athletes'arrangement is good for a healthy development of our country's sports systemrting events to a high level.(3)To solve the problems of the retired athletes'arrangement needs the sports administrate department's support and work with other departments to fix the practical issues. At the sametime, the administrate department have to raise the education level of these retired athletes, deeply develop the retired athletes'working skill training and guidelines of work and enlarge their accesses to jobs, built a career management system and form their senses of planning their careers as well. The sport government department needs to use its advantage to support the retired athletes to settle down by build a employment platform.
