Study Of The Current Status Of Our Army's Sports Management System

Military sports are important parts of, and contributed significantly to Chinese sports industry. During the sixty years after the birth of People's Republic of China, under the guidance of the Party, national and military leaders, military sports has gone through a glorious journey, and made spectacular achievement. It helped strengthen solders'physical fitness, improved army's combat skills, and added colorful ingredients to military life. At the same time, military athletic teams made numerous achievements on the arena, earned great honor to the army and the nation. Post-Olympic time sports industry will continue to grow, and sports managements and regulations are continuing o be optimized. Military sports are,responsible for improving the level of athletic competition, earning honor for the army and the nation, strengthening soldiers'physical fitness, improving army's combat skills, and serving for the modernization of our army. However, our army's sports managements and regulation reforms fall clearly behind.Based on summarizing the history and making use of literature, interviews and inquiries, and with the scientific attitude, I discuss and analyze the existing problems in our army's sports managements and regulation during the period of social transition, and propose solutions to these problems in order to optimize, push forward military sports' sustainability.The contents of my research are as follows:(1) Summarizing the pattern of evolution of army's sports managements and regulation based on reviewing the history. (2) Major existing problems in army's sports managements and regulation. (3) Comparison with foreign army's sports system. (4) Feasibility study and solutions to various factors of the reformation of our army's sports managements and regulation:the socialization is the base to promote interaction between military sports resources and social resources, only through which the military sports can "going out, an introducing in".And marketization of the military sports is the diretion, only by which the military sports can adapt at development of market economy. And the managing by law is the protection, which will ensure the implement of all policies and institutions.
