With the development of the general level in the world,the speed of the winter sports is very fast.For example,freestyle skiing aerial. It is introduced into China in the 1990s.Though only more than 20 years,by practicing and fumbling of several generations, it has become the traditional ascendant sport currently. In 2006,in the game which is in Turin,Italy,our country has made a historic breakthrough. Han xiaopeng wins the gold, Nina lee wins the silver. This project is beautiful and stimulated, as high technology and strong appreciation, but there is also high risk.The chance of this sport injury is very high. The study found a multiple injury, and the damage position focuses on knee, waist, shoulder and ankle and so on. The author analysis carefully the specific situation of the specific situation of causing injury of the freestyle skiing in our country. It's be hoped it can give some good prevention and suggestions, and it can reduce the possibility of appearing injuries effectively. The more help to boost the freestyle skiing to a higher level development.Through the literature data method, questionnaire and interviews with experts, logic analysis, mathematical statistics method and so on, bases on the present situation of sports injury of the freestyle skiing aerial athletes, the author analyzes the mechanism which causes the sports injury, and puts forward a series of measures to damage of the prevention and treatment. This study provides a reference basis for reducing the chance of injury in training and competition of the aerial athletes of freestyle skiing, avoiding sports injury effectively, improving the competitive level and sports results, thereby it will realize the sustainable development of the aerial of freestyle skiing of our country.
