China is a large agricultural country; about 70% of the population live in rural areas; the countryside problem is a fundamental matter that decides whether the cause of building socialism will be successful or not and national long-term stability. Building a new socialist countryside in the new era of implementing the scientific concept of development, building a moderately prosperous society, building a harmonious society is a major strategic initiative. Physical security system will guarantee the smooth development of new rural sports, and further promote the favorable progress of every construction in the countryside. So the study on new countryside security system will be very essential under the background of building new countryside.In this study the use of literature and data, expert interviews, field visit, logic methods and so on. combining sociology, management, protection of science and other multi-disciplinary theories, through analyzing and reasoning, concluding the information obtained,with current situation of sports in new countryside as the basis,with new theory of building the new countryside as a guide in rural areas, from the theoretical facet to explore and analyze the role of the new rural sports in the construction of new countryside and the value, function of the security system of new rural sports as well as a series of factors new rural security system is facing under the background of building a new socialist countryside. The aim of the study is to provide scientifically theoretical reference for the construction of new countrysideThe results show that:the important role of new rural sports in the new rural construction is reflected with five respects:the development of production, affluent life, civilization, clean village, democratic management.Security system in the building of new countryside in the value of sports to promote a harmonious socialist countryside construction, to achieve social equity, improve people's livelihood and achieving people-oriented, features prominents in monitoring, evaluation, regulation and incentives in four areas.
