The Theory Of The Construction Of Security System Of Our Country's Outdoor Sports

As more and more people to participate in outdoor sports,outdoor sports are forming a wave swept across China,but outdoor sports injury accident;and the number is rising year by year,the security problem increasingly highlight,theory and practice under the double pressure of urgent need to build and perfect the safeguard system for outdoor sports in our country.In this paper,the safety of the outdoor sports security system as the research object,using the method of documentary,expert interview,field investigation and mathematical statistics research methods,such as combining statistical analysis of the mountain accident in recent years,analyze the effect of refining safety factors of outdoor sports in our country,and put forward to adapt to the outdoor sports development of our country current security guarantee system,the following conclusions:1.Outdoor sports is that people use in human or natural force,based on the natural environment to carry out sports activities as to the current our country to carry out the organization form of outdoor sports have AA self-help,hang out with friends and family,online BBS,outdoor club,outdoor,etc.,in the majority with individual behavior.2.2001-2015,our country mountaineering outdoor sports are missing in the accident,there is an upward trend in the number of deaths,killing a total number of 386 people,the frequent accidents,rescue is difficult,the characteristics of big social influence.Mountaineering outdoor sports in our country in 2015 the total number of accidents and accident injury are increasing,but were killed in accidents,and the death toll from all decreased,direct cause accident has lost,slide pendant,trapped,high drop,disease,and drowning,in which individual behavior,such as AA,together with friends and family,organization form than the club,club,accidents,and other forms of organization.3.The influence factors of outdoor sports safety in China,including participants,organization management,technological equipment and environmental factors,the four aspects of mutual connection and interaction.4.The outdoor sports security has already started in our country,have the basic factor of the security system,to provide the participants and organizers of the outdoor sports a certain security.The current problem of outdoor sports security in our country are: outdoor sports security lack of specialized management institutions and personnel;Outdoor sports related laws,regulations and industry rules and regulations is not sound;Outdoor sports safety education and professional skill training is not strong enough;The absence of security early warning of outdoor sports;Outdoor rescue basic,but there are still many problems;Outdoor insurance started,but special insurance system is not perfect,cover condition;Outdoor sports in the environmental protection problems.5.According to the current status of outdoor sports security in our country,combined with the factors affect the safety of outdoor sports in our country,construct the outdoor sports of our country security system should include: establish a outdoor sports safety management departments,construct outdoor security policies and regulations system,outdoor safety education and training system,outdoor security early warning system,outdoor security assistance system and outdoor safety insurance system five systems,including policies and regulations system is the foundation of education training and safety early warning is the core,outdoor aid and insurance is the guarantee,the five large system interaction,realize the safety of outdoor activities in China.
