An Analysis On Realization And Deviation Of Preset Target Of College Entrance Examination Reform

College entrance examination reform is a popular topic that all people concern, it is related to national, social and personal interests closely. College entrance examination reform can be divided into four stages since the founding of People's Republic of China:1.exploration and adjustment period (1949～1965); 2.chaos and stagnation period (1966～1976); 3.reform and development period (1977～1998); 4. deepening of reform period (1999～). However, due to many factors, for example, politics, economy, technology, education and so on, college entrance examination reform has gone through a tortuous development process. On the one hand, the reform has gained a series of fruits, on the other hand, it results the situation of preset target deviation. There are many reasons which cause the preset target deviation of college entrance examination reform, this article mainly analyze preset target deviation from the nature and characteristics of college entrance examination reform, functional orientation of college entrance examination reform, decision-making management system of college entrance examination reform, implementation of college entrance examination reform and college entrance examination reform policies.Based on the analysis of preset target deviation of college entrance examination reform, this article propses several strategies to prevent preset target from deviating. First, establish a rational decision-making mechanism of college entrance examination reform target, so that to reduce the possibility of deviation under protection of system; second, strengthen the policy of college entrance examination reform target,evaluation which include that whether the policy options are appropriate and feasible, policy implementation is effective, and whether the efficiency of policies is best; third, establish a reasonable value orientation of college entrance examination reform target; fourth, enhance interdisciplinary conform of college entrance examination reform target to avoid shortage of knowledge and information; fifth, improve the implementation security system of college entrance examination reform target, optimize the environment of college entrance examination reform target implementation.
