With the background of the new college entrance examination reform,this study investigated the students' choice of subjects,the cognitive status of high school teachers and the implementation of course selection and class selection in shijiazhuang no.2 middle school by means of questionnaire survey,interview and literature research.Specifically,it is a survey of high school teacher's teaching concept change,high school teacher's teaching motivation change,the basic situation of students' college entrance examination,the factors that affect the results of college entrance examination selection and the organizational and implementation process,corresponding reform measures and practical difficulties of class shift system at the school level.In the course of the investigation,the subjectivity issues of high school students' choice of subjects,practical issues of education,and teaching issues of class shift system in ordinary high schools under the background of the new college entrance examination reform were explored.It also analyzes the causes of the current educational problems in ordinary high schools under the background of the new college entrance examination reform,which are influenced by the recruitment system,the separation of subjects,the formalization of teaching,the teaching management and the teaching reform.In view of the above analysis,this paper proposes the coping strategies for high schools.Second,it is necessary to strengthen students' confidence in the implementation of the college entrance examination;The third is to deepen the supporting reform of students' choice of subjects in the college entrance examination;Fourth,implement effective teaching strategies for elective courses.
