Research On The Mode Of Population Development In Hunan: Veiw Of Two-oriented Society

The subject use scientific methods which combine dynamic analysis and static analysis, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, empirical analysis and normative analysis method. Based on the full argument from the denotative to the connotative fundamental change and the internal relations of Two-oriented Society construction, the author analysis the present population development in Hunan, and described the main transformation process from the extension-type to content-type since the reform and opening. At last the suggestions were proposed which consists of three parts:1. Population Development Mode and "Two-oriented society" construction. First, Two Modes of Population Development were come up, which are the extension-type and content-type. Represent their theoretical and the basic connotation. Second, The Theory of Two Levels was presented, based on overview of how the theory of Two-oriented Society produced. Two-oriented Society has two levels. The one is the society of material resource-saving and natural environment-friendly, and the other is the society of human resource-saving and social environment-friendly. Third, demonstrate internal unity of population development approach and the Two-oriented Society construction from logical level, development philosophy, social affiliation, civilization dimension and so on. Fourth, explain the building of Two-oriented society need the population development of the Extensive fundamental changes to the content type from the development of depth, the development of breadth, quality and other aspects.2. The transformation of population development way in Hunan Since the reform and opening. First, the transformation of population development in Hunan were briefly reviewed, and it was divided into mainly stage of the extension-type population development, exploratory stage and the initial stage about the transformation of population development way from the extension-type to content-type. Secondly, analyses the development status of the population in Hunan from three aspects. Those are number of population and the growth, quality of the population, and population structure. Finally, a preliminary analysis of population development in Hunan will fundamentally change the mode real population growth momentum.3. The suggestions about the fundamentally changing were of population development in Hunan were proposed. First, the Society of population equilibrium in Hunan, that is to build an appropriate population-based society, quality of the population overall society, population structure and reasonable society. Second, change the way of economic development, and promote the construction of material resource-saving society and the natural environment-friendly society. These include changing patterns of economic development, promoting upgrading of economic structure, developing circular economy, improving the recycling of resources and increasing protection efforts of material resources and the natural environment.
