This study was designed under the new curriculum reform in Yanbian junior high school, "Information Technology" class status of implementation of extensive research to identify problems in implementation, and analysis of the causes, primary and secondary information at home and abroad Theory and practice of technical education in Yanbian area of information technology trends and the actual situation of teachers for junior high school in Yanbian "Information Technology" course to better implement the proposed measures.This issue mainly literature, questionnaire surveys and interviews, urban middle school in Yanbian area of "information technology" implementation class research. To fully grasp the urban middle school in Yanbian area of "information technology" status of implementation of lessons from the Yanbian area of urban junior high school "information technology" implementation of the teaching, assessment of implementation, the use of new teaching materials, curriculum resources development and utilization of the four aspects of the investigation.According to the questionnaire and interview survey, urban middle school in Yanbian "Information Technology" course in the implementation process of the following four areas:1.No importance of information technology courses, information technology, lack of teachers, curriculum reform, the new theory of learning, students high level of interest in information technology, the school can not give students information technology to create a good learning environment, information technology and in teaching methods the choice of teaching and the use of the blind, lack of theoretical guidance, the students information literacy level is not high.2.Some information technology teachers when evaluating student learning, the purpose of evaluation is not clear, emphasizing the role of the evaluation of screening; many teachers on the student evaluation form and content is not clear; information technology teachers during evaluation, have no choice Evaluation of a wide range of subjects.3. Information technology, computer courses, course materials and teaching little difference; "Information Technology" course materials on the three-dimensional target in the "emotion, attitude and values" embodied in not very clear objectives, information technology course materials can not satisfy teachers class requirements.4. information technology, teacher qualifications are not low, but less formal academic training, information technology, professional standards of teachers and the urgent need to improve operational level; information technology, information technology, teachers must not only bear the teaching, but also audio-visual equipment, maintenance, management, multimedia classroom and the room, maintaining campus network, the task is arduous; teacher training effect was not obvious, and information technology teachers need effective, targeted training.Article in-depth analysis on these issues based on the proposed solutions to this problem, including:1.Only the changing concept, set up under the new curriculum personnel, curriculum, and teaching ideas, lesson information technology can not solve the problem seriously.2. For urban middle school in Yanbian area of "information technology" the teaching efficiency is not high, according to the new curriculum ideas and the actual situation in Yanbian area junior high school, teachers can try to task-driven teaching, inquiry teaching model, hierarchical teaching model, games and other teaching of universal significance of the teaching mode.3. The education sector in the design of teaching materials should be emphasized that adaptation to develop students of information literacy, Humanistic Spirit.4. In order to improve the quality of the teaching and learning of information technology, schools and education departments should strengthen the information technology faculty, and encouraging teachers to participate in information technology, teaching and research activities, information technology training for teachers in a variety of teachers.5.Establish information technology new curriculum teaching evaluation system.
