Entering the junior middle school stage, the junior high students are getting more and more contact with others, but because of their insufficient individuality development and contact skills, they will inevitably meet each kind of conflict situations. The improper conflict handling resolutions will easily cause many problems, such as the expansion or the promotion of the conflict, the anxiety of interpersonal relationship, the unhealthy response of emotion, the inadaption of the junior high student's school life and so on. The reacher about the relations of the conflict coping strategy and school adjustment under the multi-national area are very few now, it will have important theorial and practical significance which pointing into grasping the nationlality education characteristics and improving the nationlity students's conflict coping strategies and the ability of school adjustment if we anlalyse the relation of Korean and Han nationality junior school students' conflict coping strategies education and school adjustment.This paper mainly used the ways of literature, surveys, interviews and comparison research, analysed the Korean and Han nationality junior high students' conflict coping strategy and school adjustment abiliity, carried out the research from the following five aspects:(1) A survey of the situation of the Korean and Han nationality junior high students' conflict coping strategy and school adjustment abiliity.(2) An analysis of the relation between Korean nationality junior high students' conflict coping strategy and school adjustment abiliity.(3) An analysis of the relation between Han nationality junior high students' conflict coping strategy and school adjustment abiliity.(4) To compare the difference between the Korean and Han nationality junior high students'conflict coping strategy and school adjustment abiliity.(5) To propose suggestions that could improve the conflict coping strategies and the school life adaption aimed to different personality and different nationlality junior students.According to the survey result and the analysis, the paper reached the following conclusions:(1) The Korean nationality and Han nationality junior students' interpersonal conflict coping strategies were significant influenced by many factors, such as different conflict subject, sex, grade, whether to be the class cadre, the different school record and the different individuality.(2) There is significan differences between the Korean nationality and the Han nationality junior students'coping strategies in the competition and avoidance demension, the Korean National Minority junior students used more competition and avoidance strategies compared to the Han Nationality junior high students. (3) The Korean nationality and Han nationality junior students' school adjustment is significant influenced by the following factors:sex, age, school record, the absence of parental rearing and so on.(4) There are significan differences between the Korean nationality and the Han nationality junior students'school adjustment in the school attitude, study ajustment and normal ajustment demensions, but there is no difference in the companion relationship and relationship with teacher demensions.(5) The interpersonal conflict strategies have important influnce to school adjustment in the Korean nationality and Han nationality students. To Korean nationality students, the conflict strategies of communication, vengeance and compromise strongly forecast the school adjustment, the forecast value was 24.6%; To Han nationality students, the conflict strategies of compromise, communication, abreacation and vengeance strongly forecast the school adjustment, the forecast value is 24.6%.According to the findings, the author proposed the following suggestions:We must carry out the conflict view education according to nationality multicultural characteristic; We must carry out the education of conflict coping strategies to enhance the students' dealing abilities; We must hold on series psychology pedagogical activities seizing the best time and aimed at different studengts; We should carry out the mental adapation education to help students to improve the ability of school adjustment; the head-master of the class should build a nationality harmony, unity and friendly atmosphere to raise the students' school adaptation level.
