According to the objective expectation of the community, role can be defined as an individual in a certain social status, using their own subjective ability to adapt to social environment, manifested by the specific behavior patterns. For primary and junior school teachers, they must follow the community's expectations about their roles. Their roles'characteristics must change as society changes. Therefore, teachers are largely determined by the role of function in which the specific society, as well as specific social objective setting by the General Education. Whenever and wherever this goal over time, the community's expectations of the teachers would have a different pattern of behavior, the roles of teachers also must be followed to change.Compared to the mainstream regions of Han nationality, the ethnic area of Yi in Liangshan has a special social background and different from the Han areas. Schools as the most important educational facilities, to carry out the important education task of the next generation in the region directly with the local contacts Yi traditional culture collide with each other, naturally should have a more specific location. National education goal for the region-specific cultural background has also made some adjustments to accommodate the regions educated. Therefore, in comparison with the mainstream of the Han region, in the education process accounted for a significant position in the teachers'roles naturally should be compatible with the education policy in the region to make the necessary adjustment, it must be a local area and be different from the Han community in close contact, and with the local community the specific expectations of the teachers'roles which are different from the mainstream of the region. The author try to take the primary and junior school teachers as the main research object in Meigu County, find that the roles of teachers have some deviations, and are reflected in their educational concepts and the actual teaching behaviors. As an entry point for the study, the author uses in-depth interview to analyze the reasons for bias of the roles of teachers, primarily due to the community, schools, and various factors. To adjust the current roles of teachers bias, the author believes that it has to use the following channels:using the traditional experience for reference, exploiting the new policy for the professional empowerment and institutional support to teachers, strengthening the teachers'in-service training and education for new teachers, promoting the school culture to change, improving teachers'treatment, creating a healthy social climate. Finally, teachers also must improve their own learning.
