In China,the teacher's wage system of ordinary high middle school influences the range,structure,level of teacher's salary,the construction and stability of the teachers of high middle school deeply,even influences the development of the whole education in high middle school.So, this article sets out from studying the teacher's wage system reform of ordinary high middle school in China,clarifies the historical changes process of teacher's wage system reform,and analyzes the background,achievement and deficiency of the wage system reform.On the basis of clarifying history,straightening out relationship,using experience for reference,summarizing the lesson,the article combines the practice research,analyzes the current situations and problems existed.To combine the theory and practice, it analyzes the reasons why these problems produce. On the basis of research conclusions, the article gives several suggestions against the question that the teacher's wage system of ordinary high middle school existed and for further reform.The full article is divided into four parts as follows:Part one:This part introduces the resons of selecting the title at first, then summarizes the achievements of relevant researches,and analyzes the meanings of this study,and gives the simple introduction to the thinking and methods of this research.Part two:This part describes the studying principle and foundation theory in detail.At first,it defines three basic conceptions such as teacher salary,teacher wage system,the reform of teacher wage system. Secondly,it describes the principle of the reform-distribute according to work,which is the basic principle must be followed for a long time in the reform and development of teacher's wage system in ordinary high middle school.Finally, it analyzes the foundation theory-fair theory,which is the important theory tool used to analyze and describe in this article.Part three:This part summarizes the historical changes of the teacher's wage system reform of ordinary high middle school.Since the establishment of People's Republic of China, the teacher's wage system of ordinary high middle school has been reformed through four great changes at five stages. Each reform is for reforming the unreasonable place,improving teacher's wage level and status,improving science and rationality salary distribution.But until today,the teacher's wage system of ordinary high middle school still has dense color of officer's standard in China,the forms and standards are not enough science and reasonable,the system still needs to have further reform.Part four:It is the positive research.From the results of study indicating,the achievements of the wage system reform are still obvious,but teacher's wage level is still lower.There are prominent relevant relations between wage level and teacher's professional title.Teacher's salary standards are reasonable,but there is great disparity between the teacher salary and teacher working state,working pressure,expecting.Most teachers are unsatisfied with the existing wage level,the salary distributes in lacking of justice,teachers generally hope on the further reform. Combining the conclusions of the theory and practice analysis,this article explains the reasons in economy,system and management,then gives several suggestions for proposing these questions and further reform.
