| With the constant improvement of our socialist market economy system, the reform of personnel system are deep-going. The pay system will face new chanllenges, as the core and key of the personnel management system's reform,it's success directly related to the stability and construction of College Teachers,personnel trainning community level, the level of teaching and research's raising and university's strategic goal achieve.At present,many colleges and universtities are groping for the reform of its own pay systems.This article is basiced on the research of qualitative theory. The methods I use in this article are literature, induction, comprehensive,comparison, survey. As a socio-economic people, I have used management, economics, psychology, political,science and other related subjects theory as a basis in my article, it expounds the meaning, characteristics, structure and modes, influence factors of the pay system of college teachers. I use fair theory, human capital investment theory, the equilibrium wage theory, principal agent theory as a support in my article,introducing the current situation of the pay system of University Teachers policy has close contacted with our national salary, university's autonomy has been expanded, then analyzed problems of our Teacher pay system which included unreasonable structure system, pay system does not match with the appointment system,the salary incentive system is in the short and utilitarian, performance pay system system is not complete and so on. This article recalled our teacher salary reform history of the founding of our university and colleges around. We can learn something from it which is useful for the pay system reform of university teachers in China, by introducing the representative of the foreign nations reform of College & University Teachers salary system. Finally, according to China's national conditions and the school situation, this article put forward the reform of higher education teachers salaries should follow the principle of teacher-centered, fair, competitive and holistic, adopted a series of pay system reform measures to improve the salary structure of higher college pay, scientific match the pay system and recruitment system, set up a long-term effective incentive mechanism, build a competitive performance compensation system. |
