The Study Of Higher Vocational College Development Based On Education Ecological

The higher vocational college has become the important force to make the higher education popular. In our country, because of the short story and high speed development of the higher vocational college, there have been many serious questions about it, such as poor living space and developing environment, which restrict the higher vocational college developing healthily and sustainably. According to the viewpoint of education ecology, this paper first analyzes the factors which restrict the development of the higher vocational college and induces the deep reason of these factors, then points out the ecological development for the higher vocational college based on the ecology principles.This paper consists of four parts. The first part introduces the research background of the ecological development of the higher vocational college. The higher vocational college education in our country meets the needs of diversity and worldwide requirements; meanwhile, many questions arise. What's worse, in the past 20 years, what we have done to reform and improve the higher vocational college education can not reach our expectation. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the higher vocational college healthy development from a new point. As a new methodology and worldview, ecology has become the important research field. The author tries to use the basic principles and methods of ecology to analyze and solve the problems during the development of the higher vocational college, so as to make it develop healthily and sustainably. In addition to, this paper also gives a specific description to the meaning and methods of this research.The second part gives a brief introduction about ecology and ecosystems, which is the theoretical base for the next chapters, and illustrates the importance of the higher vocational college ecological development:it can promote the education to develop orderly; the society and economy to develop ecologically; and the human begin to develop comprehensively.By analyzing ecology environment, internal circulating structure and ecology functions of the higher vocational college, the third part reveals the essential reason for the ecology unbalance of the higher vocational college, that is, the lack of ecological mind of the government; the weakening of the higher vocational college in the education ecological chain; and the lack of ecological management.The fourth part, drawing on the wisdom and experience of ecology development of the higher vocational college abroad, makes a clear future trend for the development of the higher vocational college. It includes three aspects:first, it is prior to establish the ecology concept of the sound development of the higher vocational college; second, it is important to make an accurate orientation and construct an overpass for the development of the higher vocational college, hence to create a strategic environment for the ecology growth of them; finally, base on the law of the education ecological chain, the Law of Tolerance, the most appropriate degree principle, the niche theory, the "Flowerpots effect" theories and strategies to implement the ecological management of the high vocational college scientifically, in order to guide and promote the higher vocational college to develop ecologically.
