At present, China is in a period of social transition. People’s values and moral values are different from each other. School’s moral education has to withstand a certain challenges and threats, but also provide a good opportunity for school’s moral education to make the appropriate adjustments and reforms in multicultural background. Due to school’s moral education and a variety of historical reasons, there are still some errors in the way of thinking and concrete practice of school’s moral education at current. These errors seriously affect the improvement of the effectiveness of school’s moral education and restrict the healthy development of school’s moral education.Concepts and principles of ecology and ecological world view have great relevance for the study of school’s moral education at current. School’s moral education should be a complete ecosystem through the outlook of ecology. School’s moral education should follow the principles of ecological, such as integrity, dynamic balance, openness, diversity. The core of school’s moral education ecosystem lies in the concept of people-oriented, overall harmony, ecological adaptation and sustainable development.The problems of school’s moral education is difficult to use a subject-object dichotomy of one-dimensional way to explain at current, but to study school’s moral education as an ecosystem in general. Under the guidance of the ecological world view, the use of concepts and principles of ecology perspective to examine school’s moral education ecosystem, we found school’s moral education ecosystem’s crisis mainly in the following three aspects: the various elements’ imbalance of the school’s moral education ecological system, the purpose, content and method exists on some o unreasonable performance, the teacher-student relationship is too tight; there is a certain rupture between school’s moral education ecosystem with the school ecosystem and the social ecosystem.By analyzing the crisis and reasons of school’s moral education ecosystem at current, we discover school’s moral education internal ecosystem tends knowledge, ignoring the cultivation of students’ practical ability and moral virtue, departing from the school’s moral education’s true meaning. School’s moral education ecosystem tends to marginalize and specialized with respect to school ecosystems, losing the educational function of school’s moral education. School’s moral education ecosystem tends to be closed and conservative with respect to social-ecological system, ignoring the students’ real life and moral experience.On the basis of analyzing the crisis and its causes of school’s moral education ecosystem, we can construct school’s moral education ecosystem correspondly. The first, the school’s moral education inner ecosystem should keep balanced and harmonious. We should set up a reasonable goal of moral education. We should focus on the real life of the moral educational content. We should emphasize the dialogue in moral education. The second, the school’s moral education ecosystem should keep balanced and harmonious with the school ecosystem. School’s moral education is the responsibility of all teachers. School’s moral education needs the support of the virtue of the school system and the construction of the school cultural. The third, the school’s moral education ecosystem should keep balanced and harmonious with the social ecosystem. School’s moral education needs to interact with families and communities, to face up to the impact of social media, to interact with the social and cultural change.
