With the advent of the knowledge-based economy era, China brings forth the strategies of building an innovative country and reinvigorating the country through human resource development. As a result, the innovation ability research is becoming a hot spot recently. In China, since the postgraduate education is often regarded as laying at the top of our educational pyramid, which undertakes the important tasks of cultivating and training high-end talents with innovation, the studies on "the innovation ability of postgraduates", therefore, attract more and more attention by both the country and the researchers. Under the holistic background of invigorating the country through science and promoting its overall modernization, the primary task, which all the universities need to face, is to figure out how to formulate the concept and atmosphere of encouraging, being active in and having the courage in innovation, so as to guarantee and improve the quality of postgraduate education.This thesis, firstly, discusses the impact of the university management sub-systems-teaching management, research management, day-to-day management on the innovative ability of postgraduates in the light of the internal logic between these two. Then, by adopting surveys and theoretical analysis, it reveals the reasons why postgraduates are usually lack of innovation nowadays from the management level's perspective, through the detailed investigation and analysis of innovation ability of postgraduate students in A university. The last but not the least, according to the problems found out in management, it puts forward targeted strategies, namely, to guide the postgraduates' management under the scientific spirit, and to implement the management manners of the three sub-systems, which may, in turn, help to improve the innovation ability of postgraduates as well as to enhance the adaptability and cohesion of university organizations.The main features of this research is use of survey analysis, empirical study, to obtain first-hand data, explored postgraduate management problems, explored effective ways to improve the postgraduate management manner's effective strategies for universal...
